1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Linxura provides a 1-year limited warranty for the Linxura Smart Controller (“Product”) from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover:

a. Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, abuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to follow the instructions provided with the Product.
b. Damage caused by using the Product in a manner that is inconsistent with the intended use as specified in the user manual.
c. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the Product.
d. Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or scratches on the Product’s exterior.
e. Damage caused by using the Product with incompatible or unapproved third-party accessories or devices.

3. WARRANTY SERVICE

During the limited warranty period, if you experience a defect covered by this warranty, Linxura will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product with the same or an equivalent product. The replacement Product may be new or refurbished, depending on Linxura’s assessment.

Before any repair or replacement is performed under this warranty, you must obtain authorization from Linxura. You can contact Linxura to request advice or troubleshoot a defect.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD

The limited warranty period for the Linxura Smart Controller is one (1) year from the date of purchase.

5. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Linxura’s customer support at support@linxura.com to obtain authorization for repairs or replacements.
b. Provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, to validate the warranty period.
c. Follow Linxura’s instructions for shipping the Product to the designated service center, if required.

 

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

a. It is the customer’s responsibility to use the Linxura Smart Controller in accordance with the provided user manual and guidelines. Any damage caused by improper use, mishandling, abuse, neglect, or accidents will not be covered under this warranty.
b. The customer must promptly report any defects or issues with the Product to Linxura during the limited warranty period.
c. The customer must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the warranty claim process, including proof of purchase and any additional documentation requested by Linxura.

 

7. WARRANTY VOIDANCE

a. Any attempt to tamper with, modify, or repair the Product by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.
b. If the Product’s serial number or any identifying labels are removed, defaced, or altered, this warranty will become void.

8. SHIPPING AND HANDLING

If the Product requires service under this warranty, Linxura will cover the cost of shipping the Product to our designated service center. Subsequently, Linxura will also assume the cost of returning the repaired or replacement Product to you. Your convenience and peace of mind are our priorities at every step of this process.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

a. Linxura may provide links or references to third-party services, websites, or resources. Linxura does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, products, or services offered by these third parties.
b. Any interactions or transactions with third-party services are solely between the customer and the third party, and Linxura shall not be liable for any issues arising from such interactions.

 

10. DISCONTINUATION OF PRODUCT

a. Linxura reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Linxura Smart Controller or its features at any time without prior notice.
b. In the event of a discontinued product, Linxura will make reasonable efforts to support existing warranties and provide replacement or equivalent products. However, if a replacement product is not available or feasible, Linxura will initiate a refund process, returning the entire purchase amount to the buyer.

11. NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Under no circumstances shall Linxura be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, loss of business, or any other economic damages.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this warranty or related to the Product’s use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Illinois.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Linxura be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product, even if Linxura has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Linxura’s total liability exceed the purchase price of the Product.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

a. This warranty policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Linxura concerning the warranty of the Linxura Smart Controller and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral.
b. By using the Linxura Smart Controller, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty policy.
c. Linxura reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the warranty policy will be available on Linxura’s official website.
d. Our warranty may only be varied or extended in writing. Any variations must be approved in writing by us in order to become binding on us.
e. If any term of our warranty is illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.
